As this Thanksgiving holiday brings us to the close of our third month of providing in-home eldercare, I find myself ever grateful for the clients and families we have served. I am in awe of the caregivers who found their way to me with perfect timing. We have provided assistance with activities of daily living, transportation to medical appointments, reporting back to adult children, grocery shopping and companionship – exactly as our mission statement describes.
Each of us finds fulfillment as we provide assurance that our clients and families have a sense of well-being and peace of mind. I am grateful to have found my calling and purpose and grateful for the trust our clients and families place in us as well as the commitment of our caregivers. And I am grateful we are helping seniors live the way they want to live – at home.
